Billionaire Elon Musk Literally Put Dogecoin On The Moon

Dogecoin to the Moon

Billionaire Elon Musk's SpaceX company has accepted Dogecoin as a form of payment, to carry out a mission to bring the DOGE-1 satellite to the Moon.

DOGE-1 is a cube equipped with cameras and sensors to collect lunar space data. It is submitted and paid for by a company called Geometric Energy Corporation. DOGE-1 will be taken to the Moon by a Falcon 9 rocket in early 2022.
Dogecoin is a cryptocurrency, created based on a Shiba Inu dog joke and meme. Dogecoin has grown in value over the past time, as individual investors believe the cryptocurrency has received the backing of billionaire Elon Musk. However, after Saturday Night Live, starring Elon Musk, took place over the weekend, the Dogecoin has dropped 30% in value.

After this remarkable disappointment, individual investors were finally seeing the literal "Dogecoin to the Moon". Once a satellite called DOGE-1 will be launched to the Moon by Elon Musk's SpaceX, and all costs will be paid in Dogecoin.
Elon Musk also tweeted on his personal page: “Missions are paid for in Dogecoin. The first cryptocurrency to fly into space. The first meme to fly into space ”.

The CEO of Geometric Energy Corporation said that Dogecoin will be used in all business activities between the two companies. So, assuming all goes as planned, Dogecoin will help bring the DOGE-1 satellite to the Moon.

However, experts warn that investing in Dogecoin is risky.
